Morten Qvale is a Norwegian photographer, best known for his fashion and advertising photography. Qvale has a background in graphic design, and in 1983 he launched Norway’s first international fashion magazine, TIQUE.

Since 1987, Qvale has worked as a full-time photographer. He has photographed international campaigns for several internationally renowned clients. In 1999, Qvale charted his artistic course with the project “Shoot in a Tent” during the Haugesund Film Festival. The exhibition of the project took place during the Haugesund Film Festival in 2000 and was also shown in Oslo that same year.
